What we do

Rubbish and waste removal, house and flat clearances, garden and garage clear-outs, builders' waste, office and commercial collections, single bulky items, and fly-tipping clean-ups. All of it across Dudley, Brierley Hill, Stourbridge, Halesowen, Kingswinford, Sedgley, Netherton, the Gornals, Cradley Heath and the towns between them.

We do not do house removals. If you are moving rather than clearing, we are the wrong firm and will say so.

Why the disposal side gets so much attention here

Because fly-tipping is a genuine problem across the Black Country, and because the way the law works is not widely understood. Householders carry a duty of care for their own waste. If someone you paid dumps it on a verge in Netherton, the enforcement trail leads back through whatever is identifiable in the pile — usually your post — rather than to the man with the van, who has moved on.

So we sort loads, keep plasterboard and WEEE on their proper routes, and hand over a transfer note when you want one. It is slower than tipping everything in one lump and it is the whole point.

How we work

You send photos, we quote in writing. We turn up when we said, load from wherever it actually is rather than expecting you to drag it to the kerb, and sweep up after ourselves. If the pile has grown since the photos, we tell you before loading rather than after.

What we will not do

Take asbestos, clinical waste or chemicals — those need specific licences and anyone who shrugs at them is a firm to avoid. Quote a figure without knowing what is in the pile. Or tell you a van is the answer when a skip clearly is: on a long building job we will say get a skip, even though it means we do not get the work.
