Services

If it needs shifting, we shift it.

Grouped by the kind of clearance rather than by material, because that is how people actually think about it. Everything below is DY and the surrounding Black Country towns.

The main jobs

Also regularly asked for

Single item collections

A sofa, a mattress, a wardrobe, a piano nobody wants. One awkward thing that will not go in a car and cannot be left on the pavement.

White goods and appliances

Fridges, freezers, washing machines, cookers and dishwashers. Cooling appliances are degassed properly through the WEEE route rather than crushed.

Garage and lock-up clearance

The place where everything went that had no other home. Usually more than anyone remembers putting in there.

Loft and cellar clearance

Awkward access, decades of accumulation, and often the most personal part of a house clearance. We flag anything that looks like it matters.

Fly-tipping clean-up

Somebody else's rubbish dumped on your land. Landowners end up responsible for removing it, unfairly, and we can clear and document it.

End-of-tenancy clearance

What the last tenant left. Usually urgent, usually on a re-let deadline, always with paperwork for the file.

Carpets and flooring

Lifted and taken, including underlay and gripper rods. Frequently paired with a house clearance before a sale.

Scrap metal

Radiators, pipework, old frames, appliance casings. Separated and recycled rather than landfilled.

What we do not take

Asbestos, clinical and offensive waste, chemicals, solvents, fuel and gas bottles. Each needs a specific licence and separate containment. Ask us anyway — we would rather point you at the right specialist than leave you stuck, and we will clear everything around it once it has been dealt with. More on how disposal works.

Not sure which one you need?

Describe it in your own words, or send photos. We will tell you what it is and what it takes.
